Problem Description:

1229659 mkdevalloc & mkdevmap spin/core dump on Solaris Base Server
4284187 mkdevmaps generates bad entry for fd0 on x86

4316613 mkdevmaps lists devices for sr0 as c0t0d0s0 instead of c1t6d0s0
