4161606 problem with in.fingerd

4298915 in.fingerd can store a NULL after end of an array on the stack

NOTE 1:  After you install this patch, Finger host forwarding will be
	 disabled by default. in.fingerd recognizes a new option that
	 will enable Finger host forwarding:
 
         -f      Enable forwarding of Finger queries to remote hosts
                 (user@host1@host2).
