6887591 users can change other users' password with smuser command
(from 113750-03)
The fix intended for this revision did not actually get included.

4997883 LSARC 2004/633/: by default SMC should create locked accounts

4384714 CLI: smuser mod -x autohome and -d option does not add server name to autohome
