Problem Description:

4706727 possible stack overflow in powerd
4724465 pmconfig keyword handling is too liberal
4725193 pmconfig should limit conf file open to real user
4725195 powerd runs with user's cred if started by pmconfig
4733462 pmconfig on 5.9 has some security issues
4858600 pmconfig treats a user with no passwd entry as if they are root
4858604 pmconfig cites wrong file in error messages
