Problem Description:

6446932 v120/netra t1-ac200: eri hardware/driver damages received data when hardware
        rx overflow hang occurs.

4629135 cstyle does not detect improper block comments
6244642 eri driver panics if ndd command is run with the wrong instance number.
6375481 eri driver doesn't reset promiscuous mode correctly
6394546 eri is passing packets to the upper layer even when it shouldn't
