Any other special or non-generic installation instructions should be
described below as special instructions.  The following example
installs a patch to a standalone machine:

The following example removes a patch from a standalone system:

I.  General Notes
 
This patch corresponds to version: 7.0-11.00
 
The patch will generate the directory
  <commda_base>/install/patch/124582-11
to store log files, create file lists and backup old versions.
 
 
II.  Alternate Root Notes
 
If you installed Delegated Administrator using the altroot installation
method as described in the "commpkg install Usage" link in
http://wikis.oracle.com/display/CommSuite/Communications+Suite+Installation
for example:
      "commpkg install /opt/altpath"
 
then you may see the following error when applying the patch:

    Package SUNWcommda from directory SUNWcommda in patch 124582-11 is not
    installed on the system. Changes for package SUNWcommda will not be applied
    to the system.

In an altroot installation environment it is necessary to install the
patch using the following syntax:
 
patchadd -R <altroot install path> <patch number>
 
e.g.

Starting with this release of Delegated Administratror, the commadmin command
line interface no longer takes the -w option to specify the password of the
admin user specified with the -D option.

This patch release of Delegated Administrator requires a minimum version of
6.4-24.01 of the Comm Servers DS Setup. This is available in patches:
