Special Install Instructions:

NOTE 1:  To get the complete fix for BugId 6770908 (Solaris needs driver
         for LSI SAS2004/SAS2008 with IT/IR firmware), the fixes for both:
 
         6853385 correct typos in strings displayed to end-users
         6853840 fix lint warning in mptsas from Studio13
 
         are also needed (see below).
 
NOTE 2:  To get the complete fix for BugId's 6853385 (correct typos in
         strings displayed to end-users) and 6853840 (fix lint warning
         in mptsas from Studio13), please also install the following patch:
 
         142054-03 (or greater)  stmsboot patch
 
NOTE 3:  As root, please stop the Fault Manager Daemon (fmd) before installing
         this patch:
 
         # svcadm disable svc:/system/fmd:default
 
         After installation is complete, the daemon should be restarted:
 
         # svcadm enable svc:/system/fmd:default

NOTE 4:  This patch may cause intermittent packet loss to off-link hosts.
         To fix, please also install the following patch:

         148889-05 (or greater)  kernel patch
