Patch Installation Instructions:
--------------------------------

Please refer to the man pages for instructions on using 'patchadd'
and 'patchrm' commands provided with Solaris.

       example# patchadd /var/spool/patch/123456-07

The following example removes a patch from a standalone system:

       example# patchrm 123456-07

For additional examples please see the appropriate man pages. Any
other special or non-generic installation instructions should be
described below as special instructions.

Special Install Instructions:
-----------------------------

NOTE 1: This patch requires restarting the in.routed(1M) daemon to be
effective. If in.routed is running, this may be achieved by
rebooting the system or by executing the following manual procedure
         when convenient:

As root, or a profile with sufficient privileges under rbac(5),
         execute the following command:

         # /usr/sbin/svcadm restart route

Note, the above step is relevant only if:

         1) one chooses to not reboot after the patch is applied and yet
wishes to have the fix for 6681793 take effect on the system and

         2) the in.routed service is already running. This can be verified by
the output of "/usr/bin/svcs route". "Online" indicates that the
            service is running.
